I like that I am not always confronted by the suggestion of other work that needs to be done on my car like I was at Toyota. I left Toyota because of this practice in their service department.

Kind and Thoughtful Service
I had a few problems with the light coming on after my service appointment. However, each time I brought the vehicle back or contacted the dealership, I knew they were trying everything possible to help my situation. They are very kind and thoughtful.
Accommodating
I am so happy with the service Sydney Mazda gave me! The brakes went on my car after hours and they took me in the very next morning. I can’t go without a vehicle so I was impressed they had me zoom zooming again so quickly later the next day! Very friendly staff and easy to deal with!

The staff is always friendly and courteous, and the salesman is always accommodating in lending us a vehicle while we wait. Nice touch!
