I had a conflict with another appointment, so Colleen, at the front desk, and Paul Coleman arranged for me to keep a personal appointment that was scheduled for the same time. Great Service! I was going to cancel the car appointment, but they helped me keep the car appointment and attend my other personal appointment.

I greatly value that the Mazda Service Department does not constantly try to upsell. Previous to my Mazda6, I was a loyal Toyota customer. Toyota lost my loyalty as a result of the constant upselling that occurred with each visit to their Service Department. Please continue doing what you are doing!
