Greatly Valued

I greatly value that the Mazda Service Department does not constantly try to upsell. Previous to my Mazda6, I was a loyal Toyota customer. Toyota lost my loyalty as a result of the constant upselling that occurred with each visit to their Service Department. Please continue doing what you are doing!

Friendly Atmosphere
Everyone is always so friendly. Even when it’s 8 am. Tea and coffee were made promptly and offered to me and other customers. Everyone was chatty and greeting everyone. It shows that the people who work at Sydney Mazda enjoy working there! Very nice to see!
Accommodating
I called on very short notice for an appointment as it became convenient for me and they were able to pleasantly fit me in. It was appreciated.
